We will be working on our STEM Science Night project this
week and we need a lot of aluminum foil. If you have any
extra laying around we could really use it. We will be using
our new Makey Makey Circuit Boards to create an interactive
circuit activity. (Hopefully.)

I have also asked the children to bring in soft items that
are made of foam, cardboard, or styrofoam. Anything soft
that we can wrap in aluminum foil, but that won't hurt anyone
if they get bumped with it. It also needs to be something
that is not near or dear to your heart (or your child's),
because I cannot guarantee what shape it will be in
after Science Night. If you have any long cardboard tubes
(like the ones in the middle of wrapping paper) and hula
hoops, they will work great.

We also need some traffic cones, 7 or 8 of them, and 7 or 8
wooden poles or pipes about 3 feet tall that will fit in the
cones to make signs. They do not have to be metal, we can
cover them with foil. If anyone has any other suggestions for
signs, I am completely open to anything. I know the PTA has
some, but they will be using them outside the rooms that
night.

Thank you in advance for anything you can donate. The
children are excited about starting this project and some have
already created their own activities.
