I've updated the Sagamore Hills PTA website Calendar page

  * Remove:

  * Embed the PTA's Google calendars
  * Provide information on how to subscribe with an electronic calendar

I went ahead with this on the encouragement of John, Jen, and others. 
John thought the "how to subscribe" information might be a bit too
much.  If my changes should be reverted or modified, just let me know!
