Sweet, thanks for the uptake, Jonathan. You and Lara should now
have access to the Sagamore PTA Google Drive.

You're also the first real users, so let us know how it goes! ☺

I just requested permission because I have a daunting stack
of PTA Registration forms to enter into a spreadsheet. I have
a feeling this data has been keyed in already by someone so
hopefully I can get my hands on it and load it into the PTA
Google Drive. Lara and I are in charge of membership so that
is specifically what I want to keep track of. But, hopefully,
we can have one shared doc that will serve the purposes of
many instead of having multiple spreadsheets out there.

Thanks for setting this up.

Right now, myself, Nancy, Anindita, Kim, Jen, David,
Monica, and John, are free to experiment. Find the
"Sagamore Hills Elementary School" folder under "Shared
with me" in Google Drive, or follow this link:

The idea here is that PTA files are controlled and
stored online by the PTA, but usable by volunteers (e.g.
the Board). Folks can use files as they always have
(e.g. Microsoft Office), but save them to the PTA's
Google Drive (i.e. in the cloud) so everyone always sees
the latest version (no email attachments!). I'll be
working to document how this is done.
