[Sagamore Online] Google Drive (Online Storage/Collaboration)

Dave (and interested others),
I have added folders for all of the PTA positions by title (e.g. Secretary, Wellness, etc.) under the main folder on the Google Drive. As an experiment I also uploaded all of the current files for the Reflections program to the following folder:
Sagamore Hills Elementary School / Enrichment (Academic) / Reflections
It was a fairly painless process for me, but I am already familiar with Google Drive. I would like to see if anyone has any problems downloading them. Thanks.

To start playing with the PTA's Google Drive account, simply:
Visit Google Drive
and login
If you don't have a Google Account, you can create
one. If you're nervous about having a Google Account,
please talk to me—I've been there and may be able to address
your concerns.
Search for "Sagamore Hills Elementary
School". You should see a folder with that name, owned by,
"Admin SagamoreHillsPTA".
If you can't find it, let me know—you may not have access.
Optionally, to the "Sagamore Hills Elementary School" folder,
you can:
"Star" it so you don't have to search for it next time (it
will be under "Starred" items)
Add it to "My Drive" so that it will sync locally to your
devices where Google Drive is installed.
Within the "Sagamore Hills Elementary School" folder, feel
free to play: making folders, uploading
documents, creating documents, etc.
If you've never used Google Drive, inevitably there's a learning
curve. There's plenty of info online if you're a self starter.
I'm up for hosting some education sessions, just name a time and
place (or I will).
Right now, the following email addresses have access (I don't
know if they're all Google Accounts though). Let me know if a
different Google Account email address should be used, and who
else should be added.

The idea here is that PTA files are controlled and stored
online by the PTA, but usable by volunteers (e.g. the Board).
Folks can use files as they always have (e.g. Microsoft Office),
but save them to the PTA's Google Drive (i.e. in the cloud) so
everyone always sees the latest version (no email
attachments!). I'll be working to document how this is done.
