Dear lord.  I thought the ".aspx" was my hint, but that, /that/… wow.  I
figured such ugliness made it's way into government contracts through
exclusive marketing via inside connections—I guess lying has its place
too (it has to be lying, right?  They can't really believe what they're
saying (can they?)?).
