[Sagamore Online] Sagamore online goals 2014

David, Nancy, John, and all you folks who are fired up about making real
change happen for Sagamore's online presence…

After the last PTA meeting, David and others wanted to have a single
list of prioritized goals we can start working on.  The following is a
first pass.  Please edit away or move to y'all's collaboration platform
